Knitting kit for Basset hat by Creadia Studio in Önling No 3 silk mohair
The Basset Hat is a simplified classic take on the American pilot/trapper hat and the Russian ushanka. It is knitted top-down, in rib stitches, making it easy to try on and potentially customize as you go.
Here we knit the hat in one strand soft merino wool held together with two strands of . This results in a wonderfully chunky, warm and soft hat.
Please note: The images are the designers own and NOT knitted in Önling's yarn.
