TERMINOLOGY:
This pattern is written in STANDARD U.S. TERMS (and in English only).

KNITTING NEEDLES:

WORSTED: US #5 (3.75 mm) 16” (40 cm) circular knitting needle, or size needed to obtain gauge
WORSTED: US #7 (4.5 mm) 16” (40 cm) circular knitting needle

BULKY: US #8 (5 mm) 16” (40 cm) circular knitting needle, or size needed to obtain gauge
BULKY: US #10 (6 mm) 16” (40 cm) circular knitting needle

SUPER BULKY: US #11 (8 mm) 16” (40 cm) circular knitting needle, or size needed to obtain gauge
SUPER BULKY: US #13 (9 mm) 16” (40 cm) circular knitting needle

ALL: A set of DPNs (any size close to needle used for body will work), or use magic loop method

YARN:
WORSTED: 100-180 yards of #4 worsted weight yarn
BULKY: 60-115 yards of #5 bulky weight yarn
SUPER BULKY: 50-95 yards of #6 super bulky weight yarn

NOTIONS:
Measuring tape, stitch marker(s), scissors, yarn needle, pom pom or pom pom maker (optional)
