The motif suggests a mountainside, with the pine trees getting smaller in size as they are further from view. The pattern is both charted and written, and is designed to be a quick, satisfying knit.

In addition to the kit, you will need the following needles and notions to knit this pattern:

Two size 5.5mm (US #9): 60cm/ 24” to work front and back separately. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.

size 5mm (US #8) 40 cm/ 16” to work collar.
